Our Products

  • At Ye Jia, our food is freshly made daily. We recommend consuming all food within two months if kept in the freezer. Consumption beyond this period is at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility.
  • Please be assured that all of our products are Halal-certified.

Delivery

  • Delivery Fees:
    A delivery fee of S$5 applies to orders under S$60.
    Free delivery is available for orders of S$60 or more.

  • Additional Delivery Charges for Specific Postal Codes:
    For postal codes beginning with 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 22, 23, 61, 62, 63, 64, 69, 70, 71, 72, or 73:
       -A S$5 delivery charge applies for orders above S$60.
       -A S$10 delivery charge applies for orders below S$60.

  • Special Delivery Arrangements:
    For specific delivery times or requests outside the standard schedule, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. An additional fee of S$10 will apply for special arrangements.
  • Delivery Schedule:
    Deliveries are organized by geographical area and occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
        - Monday: East and North areas
        - Wednesday:West and South areas
        - Friday: Central area

Ordering

  • We have a one-day advance policy, requiring all orders to be placed at least one day in advance (subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis).
  • For peak periods such as Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and other public holidays, we highly recommend placing your orders at least two weeks in advance.
  • If you believe the product is defective or has been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim efficiently, we require a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product and its packaging and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation). Upon reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion.

Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods on Our Site:
    ApplePay, Mastercard, Visa,
    and GooglePay are currently accepted.
  • PayNow Transactions:
    PayNow integration is pending. For PayNow payments, please place your order via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

Cancellation and Amendments

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • All amendments must be submitted via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the delivery date and time, along with your order number, contact details, address, name, and the changes you wish to make. Terms and conditions apply. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Amendments requested less than 24 hours before the delivery date and time will incur a S$5 charge.
  • If you would like to place an additional order, please send us proof of payment along with the details of the extra items.
